Ila is the guardian of Earth Women, and her prayer is that women deeply inhabit their bodies, and lifeforce.
She is actively cultivating space for women to spiral deeper, to become intimate with their knowing.

She believes healing is an unravelling, a truth-seeking journey to decondition, and unlearn all the layers, to become who we truly are underneath.

She values returning to ancient foundations of health, that have enriched women through all cycles of life, for thousands of years.
